Ellyn Rapaport

Ellyn Rapaport brings a unique and personal perspective to every injury case she handles.  Prior to attending law school, a drunk driver crashed into Ellyn’s vehicle at a high rate of speed. As a result, Ellyn suffered significant and permanent injuries, including PTSD. Her life changed forever in the blink of an eye. After a long and painful recovery from major surgeries, Ellyn began to rebuild her life and learn to live within her new limitations.

Ellyn’s personal experience led her to law school.  Ellyn has dedicated her career to helping others who have been injured by drunk drivers or through the negligence of others.  She understands and recognizes the hardships that injured people go through after being in an accident. This knowledge drives Ellyn’s passion every day to fiercely advocate for others going through what she has endured. Ellyn advocates tirelessly on behalf of injured individuals against large insurance companies and corporations.

Since her accident, Ellyn has been a passionate advocate in various missions, including Mothers Against Drunk Driving. She has devoted her career to helping those in their time of need. Ellyn knows what it takes to move forward legally, physically, and emotionally.

After spending many years working in law firms, Ellyn was consistently frustrated by the lack of empathy and individual focus shown to clients. Ellyn believes in listening and spending time getting to know her clients and their families. As a solo practitioner, Ellyn is now able to spend her time passionately fighting for her clients.

Ellyn obtained her law degree from Hamline University School of Law and obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida. Ellyn is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Minnesota.

Ellyn focuses her practice on personal injury and negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injuries, and products liability.  When she is not working, Ellyn is enjoying living in Denver and exploring the incredible scenery throughout Colorado.
